The Malta Academy of Art is the Maltese Department of the International Academy of Culture and Art. The Academy seeks to promote culture and art within Malta, bringing artists of international acclaim to the Maltese Islands, organising exibitions and events. Thus enriching visitors with exposure to new cultures, countries and forms of art.
The very first exhibition that the Malta Academy of Art brought to Malta was an exibition by Petr Stronskiy, the president of the International Academy of Culture and Art, which ended on the 3rd of July. Some of his work has been donated to the organisation and is being sold in order to support other projects which are being undertaken by the Malta Academy of Art.
